Driver-client chat — now visible to the dispatcher

Taxomet v1948 update brings an important feature for dispatch services — viewing the chat between driver and client right in the order log.

What changed

Previously, when a dispatcher opened an order log, they could only see their own chat with the driver. The driver's communication with the passenger — what was said, what was agreed — remained hidden. If a dispute or complaint arose, the picture could only be reconstructed from the participants' accounts.

Now the entire driver-client chat is displayed in the order log in the operator panel. The dispatcher sees messages exactly as they were sent — in a single window, without switching between interfaces.

Benefits for taxi services

  • Faster dispute resolution. The dispatcher can immediately see what the driver said and what the client replied. No need to question both sides and waste time investigating.
  • Service quality control. Managers can monitor how drivers communicate with passengers — whether they follow standards, avoid rudeness, and notify of delays in time.
  • Full communication transparency. The entire order history — from acceptance to completion — is now visible to the dispatcher in one window.

How it works

The feature is available in the operator panel immediately after upgrading to version 1948. When opening an order log, the dispatcher sees a new tab with the driver-client chat. No additional configuration is required.

The update is already available to all taxi services running on the Taxomet platform.
